We started in a different trade

Our first product is ApplianceOps, the software appliance repair shops use to run their day — dispatch, parts, warranty billing, invoicing from the field. It came out of nearly twenty years of actually doing that work, and it is used by paying shops right now.

Detailing is not appliance repair. But the shape of the problem is identical: one person doing the work, quoting the work, invoicing the work and chasing the money, from a phone, with no office to go back to. The software written for offices does not fit either of them.

So Mobile Detail Pro is not a rebadge. It is the same understanding, rebuilt for the part of the job that is specific to detailing — pricing by the size of the vehicle, before-and-after photos as proof of work, a second car added halfway through.

What that means for you
